SkyNat Property Management's Response to Covid-19

The health, safety, and well being of our residents is extremely important to us. If you are struggling to pay rent due to the Covid-19 pandemic, please contact your property manager directly for information. You can also call 2-1-1 or visit https://www.211info.org at any time and they will direct you to a variety of resources that provide assistance with rent, utilities, food, and more.

 To protect our team members, residents, and guests please wear a mask if ill, practice social distancing, and limiting in-person communication by calling or emailing our offices. Also, visit the CDC website for up to date information and guidelines.

 Such guidelines include: 

- Wash your hands frequently

- Wear a mask or facial covering when ill

- Practice social distancing

- Stay at home when you are sick.

Maintenance During the Pandemic

Please report any and all maintenance concerns to your manager as they occur.  

 As always if you are having an after hours maintenance emergency please call the emergency cell phone at 503-201-2821.

 ** IMPORTANT ** If you or anyone in your household is not felling well and maintenance is scheduled to do work, PLEASE LET YOUR MANAGER KNOW BEFORE MAINTENANCE COMES INTO YOUR UNIT.  We will gladly reschedule your maintenance for a time when you are feeling better.
